Judy earned the plant-based nutrition certificate offered through the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and has also studied herbalism, and homeopathy. She is a certified holistic health practitioner with advanced training in Transformational Energy Healing. She offers a compassionate and common sense approach to wellness and healing. Judy is also the founding director of a large childcare center established in 1990.

Judy was chronically ill for over a decade. Eating a plant-based diet without soy, corn, modern wheat, and yeast was instrumental in her recovery. I've lived my life with a deep understanding that "we are what we eat" and must treat our bodies with respect by eating pure, whole, super nutritious foods. Fortunately, I am married to an organic micro-farmer! He produces a huge harvest of herbs, vegetables, fruits and berries each year.

I have deep gratitude and reverence towards food and herbs as sacred medicine. For over 35 years I have carefully stocked our pantry with only clean & nutritious foods, cooked our meals from scratch, and "put up" our annual harvest so that home grown food is available year round. I am full of information and inspiration to help you transition to a healthier way of eating.

I’ve taken a hiatus to write my cookbook, but soon I will return to offering holistic health consultations. During these phone consultations, I can guide your transition to a healthier diet, suggest herbs and supplements, offer energy balancing sessions, as well as make lifestyle recommendations. All suggestions are meant to stimulate your innate ability to self-heal and maintain vibrant health.
