Green Beans Marinara

Jamie plants everything in quantity, so when the beans are ready, we pick about 1/2 pound each day for weeks! I’m always on the look-out for new recipes to add to my repertoire, and was grateful to discover traditional green beans marinara. I gave it a twist by including additional herbs and spices for ramped up nutrients and flavor, plus chopped dates for a bit of sweetness.
