Grilled Asparagus

I lived for 6 decades before realizing how easy and delicious grilled asparagus is – don’t make the same mistake! Gas grilling asparagus and other vegetables is ultra easy and a healthy option. It’s true that grilling meat over high heat can create heterocyclic amines (HCAs), chemicals linked to cancer. But these chemicals are not created when grilling vegetables. Even still, grill veggies over low or medium heat so they don’t become overly charred.
