Veggie Pot Pie
Cooking aromas surely have the power to bring back fond memories! My grandmother used to make a French Canadian savory pie called tourtière for the holidays. She flavored her crusts with a bit of thyme – I do the same with this savory crust. Not only is it delicious and nutritious, the aroma evokes fond memories of family filled holidays when our home was overflowing with 16 aunts and uncles, and 35 cousins!
